Anyone have any pump thrust washers they don't need they'd be willing to sell ?
I've called everyplace I know locally and they don't have what I need. Transtar, rebuilders, PATC, etc
I have a #5 Light Blue .193 in there but I'm @ .033 final end play and it's not thick enough.
Video says .004 - .030 final end play.

Looking for any of the following

#6 Purple .198"
#7 Orange .202"
#8 Green .207"

This is all PATC has....

I had gone to GM and ordered mine and they were around $4 each if I remember correctly. Got multiples of each but time to order more since I am almost down to one of each. Sorry, no extras at this time. :(

^ None of the one's on Bulkparts site are pump thrust washers.

These are directly behind the pump between the overrun clutch, input shaft, and oil pump.

Those are the correct parts, they're called "Overdrive Housing to Pump" thrust washers, Pump selective washers or "Stator washers".

Is this the washer you need?
Part #211 here>> http://www.bulkpart.com/Merchant2/graphics/Catalog-pdf/200-4R.pdf
Here also but, with different Parts House #36676>> http://www.transmissionpartsusa.com/2004R_transmission_thrust_washers_s/4833.htm

In the ASTG manual they're numbered #0 thru #8 but most of the Parts Houses use #1 thru #9

It's totally acceptable to stack gaskets, sand on hand thrust washers on a granite slab, use shims under non selective bearings, or turn internal components to adjust thrust if the exact selective washer is not available. I commonly rollerize the OD center support and make a cut that will give me the end play I want with the washer(s) I have on hand so I'm not re-selecting. It's uncommon to need a thrust washer that thick.

ARE YOU SUBTRACTING the play between the imput shaft snap ring and od carrier from total reading or not? This may be why you have too much.
