Oil Lines

[87T-Type]

My oil cooler lines fron the oil filter adapter to the radiator are shot, I had to cut them to get them off. What can I use as a replacement? I really dont want to buy the expensive oem style, I would rather make something up myself. Is this possible and if so, what is needed.
