Oil in Throttle Body?

I noticed today when I pulled off my up pipe that there was a lot of oil in it. The old stock turbo, 95k miles, has quite of bit of play in it. Sometimes at wot I can see smoke coming out the back of the car. My question is this. With this much oil being blown into the throttle body could it cause the car to knock easier and possably cause a high rpm miss? Thanks, R.B.
