Yes it was good day but then the “bad apple” showed up and ruined the day for us.
After reflecting all day on the matter I decided was better to mention about what happened, instead of just keeping quiet about it. Since silence will not make things like this just go away on their own.
My family and I left early about an hour after we got there, to avoid any further issues and ruining it for anyone else. While we were there, as you may have noticed there were some raffle tickets sellers walking around and offering people a chance to buy tickets for the raffle. Well we were standing around and they were close enough for us to over hear them, and we heard one of them say to the other that what about offering us tickets but then the other one tells her not to bother with us cause we were Mexicans.
And let me be clear that these were not Buick members but volunteers for the event.
I personally think it does not matter if you’re a Buick, Chevy, Ford, or what ever kind of car you might own, we are all car aficionados in some way or another. And in every way, no matter how big or small, we each are doing something to keep these great cars alive for others to see and enjoy and not allowed to rust or fade from existence.
