O2 readings

Hi,
I just hooked up power logger with a new denso o2, and the readings for the o2 jumps all over the place 200-863 at idle.
The x counts are in the hundreds and I never pulled the car out of the garage?
What should these numbers be?
Could a new sensor be bad? I do have it loaded with race gas.
Thanks
Dan

I;ve never owned a powerlogger so I can't speak on that actually but a scanmaster will move all around like that at idle also. If the race gas is leaded o2 sensors usually don't live that long. HTH.

Those numbers are normal. When they don't move around you have a problem. :) Hopefully your not using leaded gas. It will kill the sensor in short order.

you can run leaded no problem but you will be replacing O2 sensors more often. those #'s are fine. However when you go WOT they shouldnt bounce around like that, they should be more soild.
