Normal Shift Points - Gear Ratios

'86 GN. Does anyone know the gear ratio in 1st and 2nd gear? Trying to determine the MPH at the WOT 1-2 shift and 2-3 shift for 5000 RPM and using stock size street tires. Also, what might cause shift at lower than expect 5000 RPM? thanks.

2.74 first is about 40 mph at 5K RPM

1.57 second is about 70 mph at 5K RPM

1.00 Third is about 109 mph at 5K RPM

Note that 2nd and 3rd would need to be manually (or race chip) locked to be anywhere near these mph at these RPM's. First will probably shift around 36-38 mph in the real world.

If its not shifting at 5K, make sure the TV cable is properly adjusted.
