We had a great event again this year with 83 races but, unfortunately, the Ford Team brought a lot of cars and had more "Fast" cars than we did and won 52-31. We had great weather, no accidents and all who attended seemed to have a great time especially 2 guys on a 4 wheeler riding through the pit area with a big flag with the big Blue Oval emblem. I thought it was pretty funny but not as funny as when one of our guys brought a trailer full of sand and a pile of burlap bags.
We really appreciate all the participants who came especially those from outside the OKC area.
Dick Walker and the event staff did a great job and we thank them for all the time and effort that is contributed to make this event run smoothly.
Hope to see everyone come back next year plus all those who have attended previously but did not make it this year.
