No boost!

Te-60 turbo, stock wastegate, 60lbs inj. Ic cooler, checked the wastegate and seems to be good, took the down pipe off, and checked the puck, and sealing, no exhaust leaks, but does build no boost at all, car is running fine, adjusted the fuel pressure to 43lbs, what could be causing this issue, anybody have any ideas, would appreciate it.

Do you have a single or double vacuum waste gate actuator?

There is a whole thread on this topic. One idea is a plugged CAT. We can test the system to see where the problem may lie. I run my car tuner style which means the whole wastegate solenoid system is disconnected. The test bypasses the wastegate system and will tell you if the problem is the turbo or puck. Do you want to try?
