Can I ask- Why didn't you look at going LS? you can get 500 out of the medium sized one pretty easy and pricing is cheap enough now. Ok you are not to deep into this Turbo stuff yet- Good Luck. It's always cheaper to buy one already done.

Probably a 7.5 diff in there. Count on doing the rear end too. I would estimate that you got to spend about 6k to build the engine, trans and rear just to make the swap. Probably alot more when you include all the other things that you find you need rebuild or replace. Good luck, you're going to need it.
