60PSI at 10lbs of boost? Seems like you might actually be drowning your engine with fuel. Do you have a stock fuel pressure regulator?

When it gets hot, it will mess with the readings. Try and read it while cold. Start it up, pull off the vac line to the FPR, and find the reading. It should be like 42PSI. That is what TT recommends for a base setting with the vacuum line off. Then it will go up 1PSI per PSI of boost.
