New second Job... Do I tell current Boss???

I got a second job (part time ) making alot more $$$ then my full time job.

Question is... do I tell my current employer or keep it to myself???

Anybody ?

Why not make the second job your first and get a lot more personal time back for yourself instead of spending the time working?

At raise time you could tell the boss your Part time job Pay's better than your Full time one..

That happend to me when I worked for Raytheon & EDS (part time) My weekend job exceeeded my FT job.

IF and I repeat IF the two jobs will never conflict, other than having to schedule strategic sick and vacation days, I wouldn't tell them until it was time to quit.

Don't do work for one inside the other place either.

yup, keep it quiet unless you get busted! Some employers are fine with it, others will give you the "I don't want my people moonlighting" sob story or the "where's the loyalty?" crap...

Loyalty is fine, but you can't cash it or pay bills with it...
