New AC Compressor washers

I am finally getting around to completing putting the AC back on my car. The compressor came with the red, green and silver washers and two extensions for the tube. It looks like the green one is the correct one (to make it flush with the silver one. There are the two extension pieces I don't know about though. The hose I have is the repro from Highway stars and does not appear to need the extension piece as it has the nipple that the washer goes on already?

Also, 99% new system (only original part is Evap), going 134a. how much oil total and how much of that in to the compressor and how much in the accumulator?
