Need to raise shift point 300rpm?

I can't seem to work this out with TV cable..is there a rule of thumb or procedure to raise the shift point...possible lighten the Gov, if so how much?

Take off 1 gram off secondary weight.

I would never do it that way. A gram scale and a grinder.
Someone you know either packs shotgun shells or sells drugs. Odds are just there. Try to borrow their scale. LOL

I thought a drill was used if a set screw was needed to reverse the process.

What rpm will equal 1 gram reduction?

Well...

All are a tad bit different but by using one gram as your control, it will tell you what yours does and isnt yours the only one you really care about?

one may be 200 one may be 400 but until you strat you will not know. There is no formula for all but a gram is usaually about 300.
