Need to pick up a HOOD LATCH for '87 GN

Mine is gone altogether. Are these bolt on or do they need to be welded?

You mean the latch that bolts to the top of the hood or the latch down in the radiator support you pull the cable inside to release? I have the latch on the hood.... brand new GM and have one used.

Sorry for the confusion, I need the support catch that bolts to the top of the hood.
