This just started today.... My car started running rough and hesitating..

I hooked up the laptop and checked everything through directscan, and the 02s stay at 945mv... If I drive the car they will get into the mid 800s at cruise then back into the 900s with any boost...

I hooked up my boost leak tester and only found a few tiny leaks that were there previously...

Any ideas?

O2 has taken a dump?
Fuel inj failed open?
FPR has failed, and fuel is being pulled thru the vac hose?
TPS failed?
Map is?

FPR is fine, line on or off has no effect on the high o2 readings, neither does pulling fuel..

TPS is in range..

How can I test the map?

Thanks for the help.

"How can I test the map?"
See Bob's post.
Inj harness shorted at/near the EGR base?
Plug readings look like?? All 6 the same?
Have you disconnected the alky kit?

Chuck and I are in agreement, but to give it more detail.

Either the sensor is wrong or the car is really rich.

by unplugging the sensor we can check that the ECM is reading that circuit correctly.

Chucks other suggestions are for troubleshooting causes of the car being truly way-rich.

So see how the car runs with the sensor unplugged. See if one cylinder is getting fuel dumped into it. A blown fuel pressure regulator will send a bunch of extra fuel into the engine thru the vacuum line (although this is a rare failure)

FPR is fine.... The car is really rich blows black smoke under load...

If I unplugg the o2 sensor the DS still stays at 945,doesnt change anything..
