Need help on a fuel issue

After replacing an ecm on a car,because of no ses light, no fuel pump prime, and no injector pulse,and no ALDL output, Car still has the same thing wrong.Cked the grounds, found one that was iffey so i fixed it. Cked pins p&m on the modual harrness,had 12 volts,cked FP/INJ and ECM/IGN and ECM SOL fuses, They were all good.Cked the battery/ computer wire to the computer,has 12 volts before and after the fuseable link.Fuel pump will run if you jumper the test lead.Is it possible that the iffey ground wire could have caused the new ecm to blow???? I am stumped
