B buickpower polytetrafluoroethylene Joined Jun 27, 2003 Nov 5, 2004 #4 numbers first you divide the original cam lift you mentioned by the rocker arm ratio you also gave. this gives you the height of the actual cam lobe. then you multiply it by 1.65 to get .488 or 1.67 to get .494
