Need advice on GNX stewart-Warner replica dash

I bought one of the sw dashes as seen on paul castle's site. As other people have stated,nothing fits out of the box..It seems like the tac and speedo are very close to the right position but the smaller gauges are off quite a bit. Would I be correct to assume that the smaller gauges need to be moved and not the tac or speedo?..I am determined to make this work...

Good Luck, there will be a lot of grinding and shaping to fit, then a lot of grinding on the bezel to get it flush, they will never line up perfect. It will look acceptable, but not perfect. I matched them up to NOS and it was way off. Even the other ones on ebay are off.

yeah...looks like 20 hours of grinding and hoping....I painted the silver ring on the rim of the gauges black...that helps hide some
of the mis-match....
