I'm doing a G body hybrid, and want to use the factory fuel filter. I have the filter bracket, but don't know where it goes (except somewhere at the rear of the drivers side frame). Can anyone post a clear pic that would give me an idea of where it's supposed to go?

It goes right by the driver side rear tire.. I will be outside in the shop in a little while and I can take a pic

Not sure what the policy is on resurrecting old threads so sorry if this is a faux pas around these parts.

Anywho, I want what this thread never delivered...a pic of where the fuel filter is. I found four or five threads on the filter location but no pics. Just got a 1985 T-Type and having a hell of a time finding the filter.

I found a vid on youtube that gave a quick glance of the filter location:

Pic would be appreciated, also going to contact the PO to see if there was any funny business with the filter. Thanks folks.

Here is where the '86 is. In the first photo you can see the front edge of the drivers side rear tire to the left of the jackstand (for reference).

Crap, I was afraid of that. No filter in that location for me.

Tried to take a couple of pics of the same area:
