N/a 109 to turbo swap

I'm getting a NA 109 long block.this will just be a cruiser at 20lbs max. Can I use the flexplate off the factory turbo 109 block or do I use the NA flexplate? Or will the engine spin a bearing for being off weighted? Need some helpful info. yes I'm aware of the oil drains needs to be tapped and there's no turbo crank . I got that much from the search tool. Just can't find anything on what balancer to use or flexplate
 
If you're going to put a NA block under an intercooled setup, you'll need the flexplate, balancer, hub, and serpentine pulley from a TR.
