I got a friend who lives in Lorain,he has an 06 GTO.I don't know if there is much of a street scene.But your only 30-40 minutes from Cleveland.And only about an hour away from Akron and Youngstown.Look me up if you want to head to Youngstown one night,we got a pretty good scene down here.
