I went to start my red car, that's in my sig, and I noticed the driver side of the master cylinder appeared to have brake fluid in it, but the passenger side appeared empty. After pumping the PM 10 times and popping the cap, on the "passenger" side of the master cylinder, it looked like someone poured milk in that side.

I'm thinking moisture got to it, but how? why?

Are you sure its not just air bubbles? If it is, it should clear up in a few minutes.

It's just air bubbles from the pumping. They'll clear up after a short time. After the brake presses the passenger side should be up to the little fill gauge mark on the inside of the reservoir.

Here's what it looks like after the brake presses.

And it will clear up after 10 to 15 minutes. Notice the fill mark in the upper right of the inner reservoir.
