The Midwest Buick Challenge 2001 is Sept 14, 15, & 16 Fri.,
Sat. & Sun. at the US 41 Int'l Dragway Morocco, IN. This
will be our 4th year. Lots of Racing and a Sat Car Show.
The web site also has about 1000 pictures from 1998, 1999,
and 2000. Don't miss out as it is a blast.

This year will be my first trip there. I've done Bristol and tne Nats, but never this one. What is the usual car count? How about the parking lot action at night? Is there a "best place" where most folks gather for the evening BS sessions and consumption of their favorite begerages such as the Travellodge/was Greenwood at the Nats. I've made some great friends at the parking lot get togethers over the years at the Nats. Hope that same deal carries over to this one.

Also, is there any vendor list as of yet, and do many of the "big dogs" attend.

There aren't a lot of hotels to choose from, but the Super 8 about 20 miles north of the track has a lot of people stay there. A large group also camps at the track, and the parties go on there.

Can't help ya with car counts. So far I know that AMP and Caspers will be there - I'm sure more, but don't have the info yet.
