Max 200 PSI + 50 PSI drop when hot

Here's what I have:

At idle 800 RPM

No TV: 100
Full TV: 210

At 1200 RPM:

P - 120 - 250
R - 240 - 270
N - 170 - 270
OD - 170 - 250
D - 170 - 250
2 - 250 - 270
1 - 250 - 270

Good to hear you've got pressures up, now I hope your clutch piston apply rings have been prepared for the increase, if not they are going to fold over.
Learning curves are hard

????? Nope - I must admit I am clueless as to what you are talking about...

Re-read the long post on strengthening the 200-4R, I didn't see anything in there regarding that...

The apply "Rings" snap into place on the forward,direct,low/reverse pistons.
They are a 1 piece split design, if not reinforced (ie: welded together to complete circle) they can and will bend over when applied, causing clutch failure. It's been that way forever in 200c,200-4R,125c transmissions.

Kevin.

i wouldn't worry about it, imo you aren't running 300+ psi and apply rings will probably survive. Glad you got your pressures where they need to be. Good luck with it.

Hmmmm - saw a trailer of the F&F III.

That looks an awful lot like a Turbo Buick.

I had to think of you guys...
