R Razor Forum tech Advisor Staff member Joined Jul 31, 2001 Jun 19, 2008 #5 Its actually used for the boost guage. The TTA guage reads higher than 14.7 which is the limit on a 2 bar MAP. The only other GM vehicles with higher than a 2 bar are some of the Diesel trucks.
