low-end torque questions....

I was wondering how to get more low-end torque....I hate waiting for the turbo to spool up so I can spin the tires, and sometimes I can squawk the tires in 2nd gear, but sometimes it doesn't....I WANT IT TO ALL THE TIME! So yeah, if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

What turbo? If the turbo spools, you'll have more low end toque than the tires can handle.

If you have a turbo larger than a TE44/TA49 you may need to look into a looser torque coverter. If you have a stock turbo, you either have a preturbo exhaust leak or something is making your car run rich.
