Hi all!

My new imported -86 GN is going to the big cartest (registration) here in Sweden and i need some VERY good info about the engine from the web.
What i´m looking after is a site where you can read such info like how many horses the engine where rated from factory, also pic´s on the engine.
Thay are also gonna ask what "engine family" the engine is.

From what i´ve found out is that there is only 1 more GN here and that one is what we call "removal cargo", which means that the owner has lived and owned this car for more than 1 year in USA and then moved back to Sweden.
In this case Swedish law says that the car can be as it was in USA and no further modification is needed.

Thanks!

WOW!
That was a fast reply!

.... but hey! Shouldn´t you be in bed now?;)

PS: One of my best friends just immigrated to Tulsa OK.

Thanks!

hahaha
at work 5pm to 5am. Tulsa's a great city. Glad to help!
Hope your friend likes it here. ;)

Have been clicking around on gnttype.or now and i can´t find what i´m looking for, guess it´s somewhere there but me my jackass can´t find it!

I´m looking for a site i can print out with the info regarding the hp in the engine.
This is something they wan´t me to show up at the registration on the car.

Yes, my friend likes it in Tulsa.... warm and no snow!

Thanks Two Lane...... all i found there was production numbers and history.... nothing was said about hp.

If you click on this link (TTA) http://www.89tta.com/ttaspecs.htm and look at engine specs i hope you understand what i´m looking for.

Thanks again!

Hmmm... not excactly but there is a good pic of the engine and some explanation under in the text, can be usfully!

Strange thing is that i and some of you doesn´t find the info on gnttype site?

Under i copy a few lines from the TTA site:

Two Lane had something in the links like that.

Did you have to go through this with the TTA? I know there are minor differences between them (crank, heads and such) but couldn't you just claim they are the same??? Oh well, good luck to you.

Nope, the TTA was imported from Germany and then we have different law inside the EU! Strange? Yea..... f**k yes!
What´s the differnce on a car from USA compared to one that has been imported from USA to Germany?
Right! NOTHING!!!!!
