lockup solenoid part number???

I did a search found people talking about it. and how to tell if and when its bad. but, no one mentions part numbers. Can I order this from Oreilly's or the Chevrolet dealer. My car feels like its a manual shift when it warms up.and it sux.

Order...

A TCC solenoid for a 1989 Chevy 1/2 ton c-1500 350motor 700r4 trans.
Then splice the wires together red to red and black to black. Install two 1/8th inch shims and go. You will never be happier.

Thanks for the Help.
I got the Solenoid from Oreilly's and compared them.
The 1/8 shim I guess is for the longer shaft of the 700r4 TCC? Correct?
I installed it and filled it up with fluid. but, by the time I cleaned up the shop. I went in. No test drive.
