Last two lines at vacuum block???

Does anyone know if the GM still carries the last two lines at the vacuum block? One goes to the pcv and the other one ( I think) is for heat control , they are welded together. Thanks, Nicholas.

Your best chance is to call around to dealerships to see if any are in stock because they stopped making them a long ago.
