March 22, 2009: Antique and Custom Car & Truck Show
8 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Registration/StagingOpen to original and restored antique and classic cars; street rod, show or customized car (any year).

Krusin Krome Car Show--what A Joke!!

well that sucked!!! there were some nice cars, don't get me wrong. but i hear they did'nt hand out the awards until 7:30 at night , i was there at 8:30 am and left at 2pm, I'm sorry but the guys they had checking the cars ( tek's) did'nt know JACK ABOUT CARS Two of them thought my buddy did an engine swap on his Turbo-trans am , please... sorry i know some might have like'd it, but to me they only kept us there that late so you could waste more money on food and drinks and that big casino, sorry but it was a waste of time, a mistake i won't be making again. I did get to speak with some of the SSP club guys, good people, got some good info from some of the guys. well that's my view, i could go on but won't.

Sorry you felt that way about it , other than baking in the sun I thought it was pretty good you can't worry too much about getting a trophy , to me all these shows are about is letting other people see your car and bench racing At least you guy's were there to keep me company last year I think I was the only GN .

I agree with no-nos, the event was completely disorganized. Cars were scattered everywhere. This was a complete waste of time, especially when the miss's started to down the whole event. My buddy called me to see if he should attend, I told him not to worry about it. At least I got to see the two GN's and turbo TA, nice cars. I'll tell you the Micosoukee's made their money as always. First time attended and LAST.

Great seeing you guys out there. This year was there biggest show, but they had no organization on how to Judge. It took them forever. I do agree with GO FAST, its all an opportunity to get together with other car lovers and show what you have done and about the hobby we love. Hope to see some of you guys out this Thursday at our meet.
