Knock gauge question? ???

This is the first time hooking up my caspers knock gauge. I wired the way the instructions said (red) positive ignition (black) ground (yellow) to yellow wire with black stripe at the ecm B7 connecter. I turn the ignition on and I get a solid green light while the seat belt warning chime is on and a few seconds after I get all lights illuminated like in the picture? ? I turn the car on and they all stay illuminated. I have not driven the car but is this right? I put the car in gear and gauge stays the same all lights illuminated just not sure if this is how the gauge is supposed to work??

Look at the thread "what is this and why". He was having issues with his gauge....you should lose the 12volts during cranking the engine.
