this is too funny. apparently the cop who stopped him didnt hit him with his Taser the first time. then he gets all Bruce Lee on him. sounds like he tries Tasing him again and gets him before he steals the Police Car but it had little effect on him apparently. probably a drive-stun vs. a prong hit. looks like a good Samaritan tries to help out to. needless to say he will going to prison for a very long time..... robbery 1st, car jacking, grand larceny, reckless operation, assault on a PO, resisting arrest, etc....... lol
