it showed up in the paper today, I know very little about stage II's.

If you dont know much about them I would stay away from it. You will be jumping into a whole new world $$$ wise if you get a stage II block.

Black is right about the cash factor on Stage II's. I think $10k is about the norm when you finally get it finished. On the other hand if you don't want it let me know. I want to start a Stage project and can use that block.
