Is this a posi unit? (PICS INSIDE)

This is a 8.5 rear from an 86 GN. Both wheels spin the same direction when turned but I have never seen a posi unit like this one. No springs and crap. It has a GM casting with some other numbers on it. Is this a posi unit and what kind? Also where can I find a nice girdle for this rear without a GN or buick logo for cheap?

Yes, stock GM posi, the s-shaped clip looking thing is the spring, and the clutch pack is to the right in the top pic. T/A Performance for the girdle, but not for cheap.....
