Is there a supposed to be a check ball right next to tv cable in transmission body

Ok found out the locations of all the other check balls.(Bought a manual)but now the manual says to (install one if one was originally installed in that location)

So my question is above the plate on a BRF transmission was ther originally a check ball just aft of the hole that the TV bracket bolts to.

Once again this is not in the valve body but above the seperator plate and just aft of the threaded part that you bolt the tv cable bracket too.

That checkball is kind of a failsafe so if your TV cable breaks, line press goes up to max. (not sure if it's max.) & you won't fry your trans. due to low press.

It doesn't have to be there some elect to leave it out others don't.

I bet someone will chime in on this though

Jim is correct. You can leave it out with no bad side effects..
