is my float failing?

I dont have the upgraded float so I'll just wait till my old one fails before sending it in to Steve. That way i can get the most out of the old one. So how can I tell that my float is failing? will the low alchy light be coming on all the time?

I did a search using 'float'. Searched only the Alchy and nitrous tech. forum.
