is frank parvin still in the game?

about 10 years ago, my dad and cousin had some work done by frank parvin and said he was a super cool guy to do business with. i cant seem to find much info on him or if he even still does buicks? im located near pittsburgh and need some minor work and tunning done and i cant find any body local that specifically does turbo buicks. im asking for him because he has done tuning to this particular car. any suggestions on him or other western pa or ohio buick specialists?

He lives about 10 minutes from me. Did my valve springs last fall. He had a car on the lift at that time and a couple of blocks he was working on that he showed me. He has gotten into the quads though! Good guy, really knows his stuff.
