is a intercooled turbo compatible to a 85 hot air car

im in the necesity of finding a stock turbo due to having discovered my turbo was stolen from the car i just purchased which is a 1985 GN with the hot air setup and i have not been able to find one at a decent price yet i found one from a intercooled GN but i want to see if it is compatible thanks for your help

It can be done but it's NOT!! a bolt on deal.

I have a good HA turbo that I would sell.

but I also have a modified compressor cover to upgrade the 84/5 turbo to the better 86/87 turbo, not a complete bolt in, but realatively easy.
