Interesting, but not very practical, and hardly any parts are useable for a street SII. They were short strock small displacement motor in order to hold together at the high sustained rpms required. Heads are special Indy heads that require a special intake. Take a look at the valve cover bolt pattern, that's a dead give away.
Intake ports on the heads are square and big enough to drive a truck through!! SII intakes wont work.

The Indy engines do not have provision for a starter, so that may be a drawback?

More specs on these motors or similar motors. scroll to the end... I feel a lil better my 2.02 valves are tiny on a 3.8 bore...
