Intermittent miss

I noticed the last couple days driving the GN it developed a slight miss, for example taking off at the light under light acceleration it would go then it was as i lifted off the gas, then I would hit the gas pedal and it would go again as if nothing were wrong, then after awhile it would do it again only under light acceleration, almost like a flat spot, and it seems to do it right after it just gets alittle warm. I'm thinking it's the Ignition module, I swapped it out years back with a Borg-Warner, it doesn't have many miles on it??
