intake gasket?m&a's w/ cas intake

anyone with this combo? the felpro 1200 are a little too small anything else out there or should i just trim them to fit .

I just put my old M&A's onto a stock block along with a BGC intake.

I "Right Stuffed" the 1200's down to the heads, put the manifold on and torqued it lightly. Left it overnight. Then I removed the manifold and did just what you said...trimmed the gaskets although not much trimming was needed.

my view with the lid off the intake shows the blue seal on the 1200's visable in the intake's ports.how much material is actually needed to seal it ?can't be much the strip between the two ports is like an 1/8".

sounds like you have a off center intake on a on center block.

on center here figured it out just had to enlarge the gasket to get the height correct and then open the port up slightly.Thanks
