Idling problem 87GN

Just installed a KN filter, RJC powerplate plate and new turbo bell with bypass, when I start up I get a fast to slow idle almost to stalling and then intermitten fast to slow revs which eventually stalls out. Also a loud whistleing sound. Car was tuned prior to the installation with new plugs and wires.

Sounds to me like a vacuum leak. Track down the whistling with a piece of hose to your ear to make it easier. Check around the powerplate since you just had that off.
