Idle test .. need help

My insurance expires tommorow, they only make me do any Idle test on my car. My fuel pressure is 43 should I drop it done to like 38? Also I was going to leave my air condition on low but the blower seems to be not working( just tried today). So when I put the air on nothing coming out but it raises the idle so I guess there's no npoint putting it on?

I don't think you need to drop the fp but it shouldn't hurt. Run the ac on normal/hi to get the highest load, but leave it on even if the fan doesn't run. If you are desparate keep a little pressure to the side on the steering wheel to load the ps pump, too.
