IAC block gasket

I can't seem to find the part number the gasket that goes between the throttle body and the IAC block. When i say block I mean the part the IAC screws into. The gasket has the 4 screw holes. The dealer could not find the number either.

Can I just reuse the old one with a "thin" coat of Permatex?

Hi Ron,

Elusive little rascal...I've searched my original parts manual(s) without success. It is not shown as a separate item in the illustration catalog or the parts catalog. If it were me, I would probably make a new one from "bulk" gasket material like the oldtime mechanics did it.....

I couldn't find it in any of my manuals either, never seperate from the tb. I will give Jay a call tomorrow.

If no luck in finding it,make your own gasket with a bulk piece as stated previously.That's what I did and so far so good,no problems.HTH
