i personally dont know what to do about the brakes on my car, right now it has the factory set-up that is wacked out and hard as hell to push and the pump dont stop running...the vacuum set-up i hear is hit or miss as far as building boost...and now the hydroboost??..it sounds perfect for all cars exspecially a turbo car,but im hearing that our power steering pumps run in reverse and by adding the hydroboost it may wine???..i cant have that,it will drive me nuts...so vacuum may build boost and may not-,but is super cheap+,maitinance free+....hydroboost,build all the boost you want+,but may have pump noise-,cost more than both-,but should last longer than both+,matinance keeping fluid clean-.....factory,original look of course+,never know when its going to fail and if you can get parts for it-,too many parts that can fail compared to the others-,will build enough boost+,cost alot of money for new,if you can find one-,and remans..who knows?
this is really my own delima right now and i need to do something soon as driving with hard brakes sucks for quick stops....
i want the hydroboost for sure, price to me is not a issue...but i dont want NO pump wining as it would drive me nuts,i guess i could just keep the radio up..... i would like to build at leat 10psi on the line with a vacuum set-up,possible or not? any ideas....
