How to remove drip moldings that go along a-pillar?

Do you have to remove the door seal to get these suckers out?? Been working on them awhile and don't see how there coming out without tearing them up?? Are they glued in somehow??

Yeah, you have to take off the seals. I'd leave them alone if possible. They're impossible to get off without ripping them.
