How to install Suspen. tech rear sway and front frame braces

I am having a extreme hard time installing these two things: (Suspension Tech. rear sway bar) and front frame braces I think from Kirban. I need to know which bolts or spacers I need to buy and where to buy them, as I only the have the bars. Any help? Any pictures will be GREAT! Thank you

can't help with the sway bar, but the frame braces bolt to existing holes in the frame- self tapping bolts on the engine crossmember and a nut/bolt combo up on the frame horns by the bumper mounts.
