How to download a video from YouTube

Okay, does anyone know how to download a video from a website like youtube? Im trying to finish up my speech/presentation for Tues class and I really want to download the videos on the links below for my presentation. I actually had both these videos before (as Im the one that put up the one on youtube, and the guy from Motorgen sent me the other video of me racing) but that was years ago and now I cant find it. Can anyone help me?:biggrin:

The only way I know of is to use Mozilla Fire Fox. It has a feature where you can record vids of youtube and such for your on keeping. Only downside is it embeds a little Mozilla icon on the vid:frown:
