How to bleed the power steering pump?

Can someone tell me how to bleed the power steering pump?

I had the car on the rack & turned the wheel lock to lock many times.

Right on. Also loosen the cap. I did this on an older Pontiac with a vented cap and it spewed like Old Faithful. What a mess that was on a brand new hood pad.

Im not sure if it will work with a gearbox style, but with the rack and pinions i've found that jacking up the front and turning the wheel lock to lock WITHOUT the engine running a couple of times helps out alot.
