Every morning on my way to work I spot this 87 GN sitting with its hood poped (not opened, just poped) at this auto fix it(there is a body shop right next to this place, so I dont know if its just theirs or not) place. Its been sitting there for a few weeks.

I've been thinking about going to see if they are willing to sale it.
I dont know whats wrong with it, if anything, but I assume something is for it to be sitting there for a few weeks.

Say if it had tranny problems or some minor engine problems, (say between 70-110k miles on it) how much would you pay for it?

Just assume the paint looks good, so does the interior, how much do you think?

I sold one with a MAJOR rod knock, slipping tranny (that was removed and in the trunk), no exhaust, ripped interior, BIG holes in the floorboard, etc. for 2K.

Paint looked decent on it and it was a solid car minus the floorboards.

I bought it for $3500 with the knock, but with a new tranny, turbo, exhaust, 50 PPH injectors, Maxeffort chip, Mease intercooler, and BFG drag radials.

You can buy a broken one for cheap...Or 2 like I did and now I have 1 fairly quick T-type for cheap...Only paid $4000 for my T-type with 70,000 original miles, to bad it's in primer.
